The Do !!
  1. A Leader must be trust-worthy
  2. A leader must be fully committed to the ministry
  3. A leader must attend church regularly
  4. Pray with your group before and after your activity
  5. Share a devotion with your group before or after your activity
  6. Make sure the environment is safe for your activity
  7. Check up on your membership, by texting, emailing, calling, or DM
  8. Unbelievers are welcome
  9. Have Fun!!!

The Don't
  1. No Soliciting of any kind
  2. No Politics
  3. No Opposite sex (gender) should ever be alone by themselves
  4. No Part-time leader
  5. No teaching of any kind (Bible Study or any Doctrinal) that does not line up with the teachings of LCC
  6. Your group should have no more than 12 members
 
Note: All Groups are required to take a "summer break!!!" Rest is good at some point during the year take a break.
